My friend posted the link to this well-written note about handling the rigors of motherhood with the help of the Husband. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn’t copy and paste the actual text because it seemed like plagiarism and plus she delicately addresses things I don’t really write about on el blog. I highly recommend this note to anyone who is a MOM.
I thought it was wonderful! I know it's risky trying to express all that stuff without sounding whiny or discontented, but I thought she did a good job--just enough disclaimers (of course motherhood is the most fulfilling job ever) but not so many that they detracted from her message. Motherhood and marriage are paradoxes of love, exhaustion, exasperation, and joy!
